Do we take insurance?

We do not bill insurance. However, if you have a health savings or flex spending account, and your insurance covers acupuncture, you may be able to use your insurance to help pay for your visits. We also offer a coded invoices (super bills) to send to your insurance for reimbursement.

How much does it cost?

Most of our plans are for 12-18 months and overall costs can range from $8000-$15000 for an entire program. However, it is difficult to determine what your individual cost will be because each program is customized to your needs. Labs range from $500-$1000. Many of our prices are individually listed here.

What Payment options do you offer?

We take any credit/debit cards, cash, check, Care Credit, flex-spending, or health savings cards if they cover acupuncture or mental health services, have monthly or biweekly interest-free payment plans to help you budget for your health.

What is the New Patient Process?

To become a patient, you need to complete all questionnaires in the patient portal and schedule an intake appointment. A lab appointment will be scheduled to complete labs prior to your New Patient appointment. Our process to become a new patient is outlined here.

What lifestyle changes are expected?

This depends on the individual. For most, we start with food changes and later move on to activities as the client’s energy level increases.

What treatments do you do?

We have several treatments that we use to support you while your body heals. These treatments include Health Coaching, Diet and supplement consulting, Auricular Medicine, Frequency medicine, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy, and counseling.

What do you treat?

We find that most issues stem from intestinal microbiome breakdown and malabsorption. This leads to most diseases from simple bloating to mental health and autoimmune diseases. The body heals when it is brought into homeodynamic balance. This balance starts with the gut.

Do we take children?

We do treat children aged 3 and up.

What about labs?

If you have basic labs from your doctor that are less than 3 months old, we can use those labs. However, we have labs that typical medical doctors do not do. These labs include food sensitivities, hair tissue analysis, adrenal function tests, and subclinical autoimmune tests.

What is Homeodynamics?

Homeodynamics is a dynamic form of homeostasis involving the constantly changing interrelatedness of body components while an overall equilibrium is maintained.

What are the Communities?

We have communities to provide support and access to educational materials for those we work with. The communities provide peer support and access to those who cannot afford our more advanced programs or live outside the Huntsville, AL area. Find out more here.
