Auriculotherapy has been used successfully to help with both weight loss and smoking cessation. It is not, however, a magic treatment that drops pounds off or removes cigarettes from your hand, you have to participate in the process, too.
Weight Loss
Using treatments for detoxification, stress and/or hormone balance, along with appetite control points, clients can gain the full benefit of acupuncture to improve the body’s response to diet change and exercise. With the added benefit of vibrational therapy, massage therapy, and herbal supplements, the weekly treatments and accountability encourage clients to maintain new diet and exercise habits and improve weight loss outcomes. Smoking Cessation
Auriculotherapy can assist clients in controlling cravings, clean lungs, and manage detoxification symptoms while they decrease and eventually stop smoking. Discussion of sensory inputs, stress management, and substitution of formed habits are all part of the cessation process. Vibrational therapy and massage help increase circulation and cleanse the lymphatic system and cells to remove the toxins built up from smoking. Group or individual sessions available.
