GENERAL INFORMATION AND COSTS

Our goal is not only to help you devise short-term and long-term plans but also to empower you with enough education to maintain your accomplished results.
  • Intake Specialist Appointment – $150 (will be applied to your New Patient Appointment)
  • Lab appointment – $500-$1000 (this depends on what labs are deemed necessary for your New Patient Appointment)
  • NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENTS – $1400 (less $150 applied from Intake Appointment)
    • Balance due at appointment time
  • CONTINUING TREATMENT APPOINTMENTS – $225-$500
  • CUSTOMIZED TREATMENT PLANS – range from $500 to $1000 monthly for 12-18mos plus supplements (~$200-$400/mo)
  • STRESS MANAGEMENT CLINICS –
    • Happy Hour Walk-in Clinic – $60 (Tuesdays 6:30-7:00pm)
    • Military and First Responder Clinic – DONATION ONLY (Tuesdays 6:30-7:00pm) (must have ID present)
  • MENTAL HEALTH SESSIONS – $250/month for 4 sessions
    • Prepay and Auto-pay pricing is available

Complicated Issues

Most issues are more complicated due to possible underlying causes that we are not aware of. Completing the new patient paperwork will let us know if your issues are something we can treat or not. Usually, when you have seen multiple doctors with no help, there are underlying issues that cannot be assessed through traditional means. This could include subclinical autoimmune disorders, viruses, parasites, or trauma. Although we treat all of these issues, if your underlying issue is something else, we may not be able to treat it. Without more information, it is impossible for us to determine if your issues are something we can treat.

REGISTER

Register online, log into your patient portal and complete your account details, billing and questionnaires. Once we have received your completed paperwork, we will call to set up an appointment with an Intake Specialist.

INTAKE SPECIALIST

Our Intake Specialist will call you at your appointment time and will review your paperwork, request additional questionnaires as necessary and discuss labs and set lab appointment.

LAB APPOINTMENT

After your appointment with the Intake Specialist, you will come in for a lab appointment (drop-ship available for distant clients). Our Lab Specialist will complete your labs and set up an appointment for you to meet with Dr. Berry.

NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT

Your New Patient appointment with Dr. Berry will include a review of labs and questionnaires to find underlying causes to your health concerns. She will discuss our findings and recommendations with you and design a customized treatment plan for your needs. We will also find a pay option that fits your budget so you can get started on your plan right away.

STEP-BY-STEP

Our team will work with you on the treatment plan weekly or every two weeks for the first several months as needed, doing periodic progress assessments until you reach your health goals. Your feedback during the process is essential to select the best options for you and guide your care.

GOALS

Your goals are important to us. We provide you with treatments, education, individualized meal plans, lifestyle changes and healthy decision making options so you can succeed.

New Patient Appointments (3 hours)

New Patient Appointments start with completing the questionnaires and labs, talking with an Intake Specialist and meeting with Dr. Berry. During these sessions we determine your main concerns and how best to work with you.

These appointments include:

  • Phone appointment with Intake Specialist ($150)
    • Evaluation of history and current issues, symptoms and other factors, determine additional questionnaires and necessary labs
  • Labs ($500 – $1000)
    • May include urine tests, auto-immune tests, food sensitivities, adrenal tests, hair analysis, or other labs as determined by Intake Specialist
  • New Patient Appointment with Dr. Berry ($1400)
    • Review and Education about underlying conditions, treatment recommendations, Treatment plan, and costs

Follow-up Appointments (1 hour)

We provide education based on your underlying medical condition and/or goals, plan menus and set up measurable and specific goals for you to focus on. ($150-300)

The practitioner determines the frequency and duration of the follow-up appointments during your session. Most people come in once a week for 1 hour for consults and treatments for the first 6 weeks. Our pain clients usually come in two times each week for the first couple weeks for pain management.

Cancellation Policy

If you find it necessary to cancel or change an appointment, please allow at least 48 hours prior notice.  There is a $50 fee for appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 48 hour prior notice. You will receive an email/txt reminder 72 and 48 hours in advance of your appointment with a cancellation option in the email for your convenience to prevent cancellation charges. Thank you for your understanding.
